Made to Order

Made to order - We offer made to order on almost everything on our website from home textiles to garments so if you would like something specific drop me an email on hello@ornette.co.uk for example you love a cushion but would like it in a different print I can do this for you. Alternatively you can order on each individual product page which will have all of the options laid out for you. 

Every made to order item is specifically made for you and as such is non refundable, this applies to garments and home textiles. We can make in additional sizes if not listed (all of our items are available in a UK size 6-20) Please check out our Size Guide page for specific garment measurements here before ordering as made to order is non refundable, see our returns policy here.

Depending on the complexity of each order, lead time could be from as little as 1 week and up to 3 weeks in exceptional circumstances, this will be communicated in email as your order progresses.
